Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Reoptimize ("we", "us") collects, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we never sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address when you create an account, plus the confirmation status of that email.
  • Product inputs. URLs and keywords you submit for analysis. These refer to public web pages; we fetch them read-only.
  • Usage and technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited on this site, and referral parameters (such as UTM tags), used for security, rate limiting, and understanding what brings people here.
  • Correspondence. Emails you send us.

What we use it for

  • Providing and improving the product, including sending the email confirmation code you request at signup.
  • Telling you about your account and, if you have signed up, about product availability and material changes. You can opt out of non-essential email with one click.
  • Security: preventing abuse, spam, and automated misuse of the service.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.
  • We do not access your CMS or any non-public system of yours.
  • We do not use your content to train models available to other customers.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and security. Where analytics run, they are configured for aggregate product insight, not for building advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Email us at [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery), under contracts limiting their use of it, and where the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will honor them.
