Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Reoptimize (the "Service"), operated by Reoptimize ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Reoptimize analyzes web pages you submit and produces recommendations for improving them. You remain responsible for what you publish; the Service provides suggestions, not publishing.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Submit only URLs you are authorized to analyze.
- No attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, and no automated scraping of it.
- No use of the Service to produce spam, deceptive content, or material that violates law or third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill in USD, yearly by default with monthly options, at the prices shown on the pricing page at purchase. Plan limits (monitored pages, rewrite plans, seats) apply as described there. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
5. No guaranteed rankings
Search results are controlled by search engines, not by us. The Service provides recommendations aligned with how search engines evaluate content, but we make no guarantee of rankings, traffic levels, revenue, or timeframes, and any figures shown in the product or on this site are estimates for illustration. You acknowledge that outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control.
6. Intellectual property
Your content remains yours. Recommendations generated for your pages are yours to use. The Service, its software, and its branding remain ours. You grant us the limited rights needed to fetch and analyze the pages you submit.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (including 5 through 7) survive.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
