Siteimprove Pricing and Siteimprove Price per Year by Page Count

Siteimprove pricing is quote-only and set by how many pages you scan, which modules you add, and your support plan. Vendr buyer data puts US contracts between about $15,000 a year for a small site with one or two modules and $150,000 or more for large enterprises. The one public price list, Siteimprove's UK government catalog, starts at £8,000 a year (about $10,200) for 1,000 pages. If the reason you are pricing Siteimprove is SEO on content you already published, Reoptimize covers 5,000 pages for $2,868 a year with a rewrite plan for every page that slips.

How much does Siteimprove cost?

Siteimprove costs about $15,000 to $40,000 a year for a site of 1,000 to 5,000 pages with one or two modules, according to Vendr buyer data. Mid-size organizations with 5,000 to 10,000 pages and two or three modules pay $40,000 to $75,000, and large enterprises pay $75,000 to $150,000 or more. Vendr lists an average contract value of $15,572.

OrganizationPages and modulesYearly cost (Vendr)
Small1,000 to 5,000 pages, 1 to 2 modules$15,000 to $40,000
Mid-size5,000 to 10,000 pages, 2 to 3 modules$40,000 to $75,000

Government and higher educationVaries$25,000 to $100,000+

Vendr also prices modules added to an existing contract: SEO at $8,000 to $20,000 a year, Analytics at $8,000 to $18,000, Policy at $6,000 to $15,000, and Content at $6,000 to $12,000. Accessibility alone runs $12,000 to $30,000 for 1,000 to 5,000 pages.

03

Siteimprove price list by page count

Siteimprove sells to UK public bodies through the government G-Cloud catalog, and that listing includes a full price sheet. It is the only official Siteimprove price list in public. The core package, called Inclusivity, bundles Accessibility, Quality Assurance, SEO Audit, Policy, PDF checks on up to 100,000 documents, Prepublish, and traffic analytics.

Pages scannedPer year (G-Cloud 14)About in USD
1,000£8,000$10,200
2,500£9,400$11,900
5,000£13,000$16,500
15,000£16,300$20,700
25,000£20,900$26,500
50,000£28,700$36,400

USD figures use about $1.27 to the pound. Third-party analysis of the newer G-Cloud 15 sheet reports the 1,000 page tier at £8,800, roughly 10 percent higher. Public sector lists are usually a floor: US commercial quotes in the Vendr data land well above them for the same page count.

04

Siteimprove SEO module and add-on prices

Search is priced by tracked keywords, not by site size, and comes in two levels. Analytics is priced by yearly page views. All of these are recurring and sit on top of the core package.

Add-onTierPer year (G-Cloud 14)
SEO Professional500 / 1,500 / 3,000 / 5,000 keywords£2,100 / £4,900 / £8,300 / £11,100
SEO Enterprise500 / 1,500 / 3,000 / 5,000 keywords£4,900 / £11,100 / £18,500 / £29,800
Content Analytics500,000 to 100 million yearly page views£1,500 to £11,100
Marketing Analytics500,000 to 100 million yearly page views£3,400 to £29,800
Performance credits5,000 to 100,000£2,100 to £11,100
ImplementationSoftware package / each added module£6,300 / £1,200 one-time
Expert Success PlanAdvisory hours, business reviews, training30 percent of software cost

Here is a realistic setup. A 5,000 page site on the core package (£13,000) with SEO Professional for 1,500 keywords (£4,900) costs £17,900 a year, about $22,700. Year one adds £6,300 of onboarding, and the Expert plan adds another 30 percent of the software bill. That is a first year near £29,600, roughly $37,600, before any Analytics.

05

Costs that do not show on the Siteimprove quote

  • Page overages. Page tiers are thresholds. If your site grows past the tier you bought, the next quote moves up, and Vendr reports overage pricing at a premium.
  • Renewal increases. Vendr buyers report 3 to 7 percent yearly increases and renewal pricing that is often higher than the first-year deal.
  • Support tier. Essential support is included; the advisory hours and training most teams want come with Expert or Enterprise success plans, priced as a share of the software bill.
  • Onboarding and services. One-time implementation plus optional training and services, which Vendr puts at $5,000 to $20,000 or more.
  • The fixing. Siteimprove finds broken links, accessibility errors, and SEO issues. Someone still has to rewrite the pages, and that time costs more than the license.

Multi-year terms (2 to 3 years) and bundling several modules each earn 10 to 25 percent off, per Vendr. Ask for the page tier, the overage rate, and a renewal cap in writing.

Siteimprove pricing compared with alternatives

Siteimprove competes on two fronts: accessibility and website governance on one side, SEO and content on the other. The right comparison depends on which side you are buying for.

Siteimprove also owns MarketMuse, the content strategy tool it acquired in October 2024, and sells it inside its Content strategy area. If that is the part you are pricing, see MarketMuse pricing. The enterprise SEO side of the shortlist is covered in seoClarity pricing and Conductor pricing.

07

Is Siteimprove worth the price?

Siteimprove is worth the price for organizations that must prove accessibility compliance across thousands of pages and PDFs: universities, state and local government, healthcare systems, and large companies with legal exposure under the ADA. For them, one platform that scans every page, flags issues for each content owner, and reports to compliance is worth $30,000 or more a year.

It is harder to justify when the reason you are looking is search traffic. The SEO module is an add-on priced by keywords, and the platform is built around governance: it tells you a page has an issue, not how to rewrite it to win back the query it lost. Teams buying mainly for SEO often find they are paying for an accessibility platform to get a rank tracker.

08

What to buy when the job is SEO on published content

If accessibility is covered elsewhere, or not your budget, the part of Siteimprove you want is probably the SEO part, and specifically the pages that used to bring in traffic and stopped. That is the job Reoptimize is built for. It monitors every published page, ranks the ones losing clicks by traffic at stake, and writes a rewrite plan for each: title and meta, the direct answer to add, missing subtopics, heading order, internal links, schema, and stale facts.

Take a US university marketing team with a 4,000 page site and three content editors. Enrollment pages and program guides have slipped in search over two years.

  • Siteimprove with the core package for 5,000 pages and SEO Professional costs about $22,700 a year on the public sector list and more on a commercial quote, plus onboarding.
  • Reoptimize Agency costs $2,868 a year, monitors 5,000 pages, and produces up to 600 rewrite plans a month for the pages behind the drop.

Reoptimize does not check accessibility, broken links, spelling, or policy compliance, so it does not replace Siteimprove for governance. For the SEO work, it does the part that changes the traffic line. See how the queue works on the content refresh tool page, check your own URLs with the content decay checker, or compare plans on Reoptimize pricing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Siteimprove cost?

Siteimprove costs about $15,000 to $40,000 a year for 1,000 to 5,000 pages with one or two modules, and $75,000 to $150,000 or more for large enterprises, based on Vendr buyer data. Siteimprove does not publish prices; its UK public sector list starts at £8,000 a year for 1,000 pages.

Does Siteimprove publish its pricing?

No. Siteimprove's website shows success plans and a demo request with no prices. The only official price sheet in public is its UK G-Cloud government catalog listing, which prices the core package by pages scanned and each add-on by keywords or page views.

How is Siteimprove priced?

Siteimprove is priced mainly by the number of pages scanned, in tiers such as 1,000, 5,000, 15,000, and 50,000 pages. Search is priced by tracked keywords, Analytics by yearly page views, and the Expert success plan as a share of the software bill. Onboarding is a one-time fee.

How much is the Siteimprove SEO module?

On the UK G-Cloud 14 list, SEO Professional costs £2,100 a year for 500 keywords up to £11,100 for 5,000, and SEO Enterprise £4,900 to £29,800. Vendr buyer data puts SEO added to a US contract at $8,000 to $20,000 a year.

Does Siteimprove offer a free trial?

Siteimprove's pricing route is a demo request, and the website does not list a self-serve trial. It does offer free single-page checkers for accessibility, SEO, and color contrast, which are useful for a spot check but are not the platform.

Can you negotiate Siteimprove pricing?

Yes. Vendr buyer data shows 10 to 25 percent off for 2 to 3 year terms and similar discounts for bundling several modules. Ask for the page tier, overage rate, and a cap on renewal increases in writing, because yearly increases of 3 to 7 percent are common.

Is MarketMuse part of Siteimprove?

Yes. Siteimprove acquired MarketMuse in October 2024 and sells it in its Content strategy area. MarketMuse no longer publishes prices for its paid plans, so it is quoted the same way as the rest of Siteimprove.

What is a cheaper alternative to Siteimprove for SEO?

For SEO on content you already published, Reoptimize starts at $29 a month billed yearly and covers 1,000 pages on Pro for $1,068 a year or 5,000 pages on Agency for $2,868. For accessibility, Vendr data puts UserWay at $5,000 to $20,000 and Monsido at $20,000 to $35,000 a year.
