Sample plan: we could not reach your page from here, so this shows the shape of a Reoptimize rewrite plan, not an audit of this page.
seoClarity pricing starts at $2,500 a month for the Research and Content package, $3,200 a month for Technical SEO, and $4,500 a month for Enterprise, according to seoClarity's own pricing page. A Rankings-only package is quoted by keyword volume, with a 2,000 keyword minimum. Every package is custom-quoted by domains and tracked keywords, and Vendr buyer data puts the median contract at about $34,000 a year.
That makes seoClarity cheaper to enter than BrightEdge and Conductor, and still a five-figure annual commitment. If the reason you are pricing it is that published content is losing traffic, read the last two sections before you book the demo.
How much does seoClarity cost?
seoClarity is one of the few enterprise SEO platforms that prints starting prices. The pricing page lists four packages, all described as customizable and "priced based on the number of domains and keywords tracked".
| Package | Starting price | Per year at the starting price | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rankings | Custom, by keyword volume | Quote | Daily or weekly rank tracking from 2,000 keywords, data extracts, unlimited users |
| Research and Content | $2,500 a month | $30,000 | Small and mid-size teams; keyword and content research with a support team |
| Technical SEO | $3,200 a month | $38,400 | Site audits with unlimited crawl pages and projects, log file analysis, multiple domains |
| Enterprise | $4,500 a month | $54,000 | Global teams with 5,000+ keywords and several domains; the top support tier with SLAs |
Add-ons sit on top: the SEO automation layer (ClarityAutomate), On-Page SEO Monitoring, Clarity ArcAI for AI search insights, and professional services. seoClarity also says it places no artificial limits on its packages and does not cap user seats, which is a real difference from vendors that charge per seat.
What do companies actually pay for seoClarity?
The starting prices are a floor. Procurement data shows where real contracts land. Vendr, which sees anonymized seoClarity purchases, reports a median annual contract value of $33,969, with deals ranging from $17,884 to $53,515. The low end sits below the Research and Content list price, which suggests discounts and smaller Rankings-only deals are common.
| Source | Figure | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| seoClarity pricing page | $2,500 to $4,500 a month to start | $30,000 to $54,000 a year before add-ons |
| Vendr median | $33,969 a year | The typical contract, close to Research and Content with some extras |
| Vendr range | $17,884 to $53,515 a year | Most buyers pay between a Rankings deal and a full Enterprise package |
| Vendr deployment bands | $30,000 to $70,000 small to mid-market; $70,000 to $150,000 growth-stage; $150,000 to $300,000+ enterprise | Multi-domain, global programs cost several times the median |
Vendr also reports that buyers who bring competing quotes, sign multi-year terms, or negotiate at the right point in the vendor's quarter often get 15% to 30% off list. Contracts typically run 12, 24, or 36 months.
What drives the seoClarity quote?
Five things move the number, in roughly this order.
- Tracked keywords. The Rankings package starts at 2,000 keywords and Enterprise is aimed at teams tracking 5,000 or more. Daily tracking costs more than weekly.
- Domains. Each extra site or country domain raises the quote. Global brands with a dozen ccTLDs pay the most.
- Package. Technical SEO adds crawling and log file analysis; Enterprise bundles everything with the highest support tier.
- Add-ons. ClarityAutomate, ArcAI, On-Page SEO Monitoring, and API access are priced separately.
- Term. A 24 or 36 month commitment lowers the yearly rate and locks in the budget.
Before the first call, write down your keyword count, domain count, tracking frequency, and the two or three add-ons you would actually use. Sales will price what you ask for, and it is easy to pay for automation modules nobody on the team has time to run.
Does seoClarity offer a free trial?
Yes, after a demo. seoClarity says it is one of the only enterprise SEO platforms to offer free custom trials: it provisions your live domain in the platform and runs guided training. Onboarding can take as little as two business days once you send domains and users, and migrating historical ranking data can take about two weeks. Use the trial to test the one workflow that justifies the contract, not a tour of every module.
The costs that are not in the quote
- People. An enterprise platform produces findings, not fixes. Someone has to turn crawl issues and content gaps into edits, and at US salaries that person costs more than the license.
- Add-on creep. AI insights, automation, and extra domains tend to arrive at renewal, when switching is hardest.
- Multi-year lock-in. The discount for a 36 month term is real, but so is paying for a year you may not need if the team changes.
- Services. Strategy and implementation help is a separate line item.
seoClarity vs Conductor vs BrightEdge pricing
All three are enterprise platforms sold on annual contracts. seoClarity is the only one that publishes starting prices.
| Platform | Published price | Typical contract (buyer data) | Pricing unit |
|---|---|---|---|
| seoClarity | From $2,500 a month (Research and Content) | Median about $34,000 a year (Vendr) | Domains and tracked keywords; unlimited users |
| Conductor | Quote only | Median about $49,000 a year (Vendr) | Usage-based: websites, keywords, pages analyzed |
| BrightEdge | Quote only | Median about $50,000 a year (Vendr) | Keywords, domains, modules |
| Reoptimize | $49, $149, $399 a month billed yearly | Published, no contract | Monitored pages (100, 1,000, 5,000) |
Is seoClarity worth the price?
seoClarity is worth the price for teams that run SEO as a program across many domains: large rank tracking sets, log file analysis, technical audits of millions of URLs, and reporting for several stakeholders. At $30,000 to $54,000 a year to start, it is also the most transparent way into the enterprise tier, and unlimited seats help large organizations.
It is harder to justify when the actual problem is narrower. Many teams start an enterprise evaluation because organic traffic is sliding and the cause turns out to be a few hundred older posts that no longer match what ranks. An enterprise suite will surface those pages among thousands of other findings. It will not write the plan for each one.
When a published-price tool covers the job
If your library is under 5,000 pages and your team's work is refreshing content rather than managing global rank tracking, a smaller tool does the job at a fraction of the cost. Reoptimize monitors your published pages, uses the content decay checker to rank the ones losing clicks, and writes a rewrite plan for each: title and meta, missing subtopics, heading order, internal links, schema, and stale facts. Pro covers 1,000 pages with 150 plans a month for $149 billed yearly, or $1,788 a year, about one twentieth of the seoClarity median. The full content audit tool works on the same library without a contract.
Smaller companies that were quoted enterprise prices often do not have an SEO department at all. If what you need is marketing that keeps running without a dedicated team, an AI marketing autopilot is a better fit than any enterprise suite. If what you need is your existing content back in the top five, paste one slipping URL into the analyzer at the top of this page and read the plan it returns. Plans and limits are on the pricing page, and every tool in the category is compared on best content optimization tools.
seoClarity pricing FAQ
How much does seoClarity cost per month?
seoClarity costs from $2,500 a month for Research and Content, $3,200 for Technical SEO, and $4,500 for Enterprise, per its pricing page. Rankings-only deals are quoted by keyword volume from 2,000 keywords. Final prices depend on domains, keywords, tracking frequency, and add-ons, and contracts usually run 12 to 36 months.
Is seoClarity cheaper than BrightEdge?
Usually, yes. Vendr puts the median seoClarity contract at about $34,000 a year against about $50,000 for BrightEdge and $49,000 for Conductor. seoClarity also publishes starting prices and includes unlimited users, while BrightEdge and Conductor quote every deal. Large multi-domain programs can still cost more than $150,000 a year on any of the three.
Can you negotiate seoClarity pricing?
Yes. Buyers who bring competing quotes, commit to two or three years, or close near the end of the vendor's quarter often get 15% to 30% off list, according to Vendr. Trim the keyword set and add-ons to what the team will use, and ask for historical data migration and training to be included.
