Content Harmony pricing is based on how many Content Workflows you run each month. Standard plans cost $50 a month for 5 workflows, $99 for 12, $199 for 25, $299 for 50, $599 for 100, and $799 for 150, or roughly $42 to $719 a month billed yearly. Enterprise starts at $1,000 a month for 200 or more. Every plan includes unlimited users and projects, and new accounts can start with 10 credits for $10.

That makes the cost per workflow fall from $10 on the smallest plan to about $5 on the largest. Below is what one workflow buys, the yearly bill for each plan, how the trial and credits work, and the case where the same budget does more on content you already published.

How much does Content Harmony cost?

All prices below are from Content Harmony's own pricing page. Yearly prices are the per-month figures the vendor shows for annual billing, which it describes as more than one month free.

Enterprise adds procurement support and early API access. Search-intent-only plans for large keyword sets, starting around 5,000 keywords a month, are quoted separately.

What does one Content Harmony workflow include?

One credit runs one Content Workflow for one target keyword. A workflow bundles three things: a keyword report that breaks down the search results and intent, a content brief your writer works from, and a Content Grader that scores the draft against a topic model built from the ranking pages. Briefs and grades are not sold separately. Workflows stay in your account after the month ends, and you can keep editing the brief and re-grading the draft.

The practical consequence is that you pay per keyword, not per seat. A team of eight writers and editors on Standard 25 pays the same $199 a month as a solo marketer on Standard 25. That is the strongest part of the pricing, and it is rare: Surfer charges by seat tier and Frase adds $29 a month per extra seat on its larger plans.

How the Content Harmony trial and credits work

  • Trial. You pay $10 for your first 10 workflow credits, which the vendor values at $80. There is no time limit, and you are not billed automatically afterward. The fee is there to keep spam accounts from running expensive data pulls.
  • Credit expiry. On monthly plans, new credits arrive each month and stay valid for 90 days, so a slow month does not waste the allowance right away.
  • Annual plans. The full year of credits is issued on day one, which suits teams that plan content in quarterly sprints.
  • Rollover. All plans include rollover credits.

Content Harmony's pricing page does not list a price for buying extra credits mid-month or its refund terms, which sit in its terms and conditions. Ask sales before you commit to a yearly plan if either matters to you.

For new-content briefs at volume with a big team, Content Harmony is one of the better deals in the category. Plan-by-plan detail for the others is in our breakdowns of Clearscope pricing, Surfer SEO pricing, and Frase pricing.

Is Content Harmony worth it?

Content Harmony is worth it if your bottleneck is briefing: a steady pipeline of new keywords, several writers or freelancers, and an editor who wants every draft graded against the same model. At $6 to $8 a workflow on the middle plans, a good brief costs less than ten minutes of an editor's time.

It is a weaker buy when the reason you are shopping is a traffic line that keeps sliding. A workflow starts from a keyword you choose. It does not look at your published URLs, show which ones lost clicks, or tell you which of 400 old posts to fix first. Teams in that position often buy briefs for new posts while the traffic they already earned leaks out of pages written two years ago.

What Content Harmony costs for refreshing old posts

Take a US SaaS content team with a 600-post blog that wants to refresh 40 slipping posts a month. Run through Content Harmony, that is 40 workflows, which puts the team on Standard 50 at about $269 a month billed yearly, or about $3,228 a year. Someone still has to pull the Search Console export each month to decide which 40 posts get a workflow.

The same job on Reoptimize Pro costs $89 a month billed yearly, $1,068 a year. All 600 posts are monitored, the list is ranked by clicks lost, and 150 rewrite plans a month cover the 40 refreshes with room to spare. Each plan compares the page with what ranks for its keyword today and lists the changes: title and meta, missing subtopics, heading order, internal links, schema, and dated facts. If you have to defend either number to a finance lead, the cost-per-page math is laid out in content optimization platform pricing, and it drops straight into a short deck with an AI presentation maker.

Plenty of teams run both: Content Harmony for briefs on new keywords, Reoptimize for the archive. If the archive is the bigger problem, start with the content refresh tool, or compare the wider field on best content optimization tools. Or paste a slipping URL and its keyword into the analyzer above and read the plan before you pick a workflow tier.

Does Content Harmony have a free trial?

Not a free one. Content Harmony offers a paid trial instead: $10 for your first 10 workflow credits, with no time limit and no automatic billing afterward. That is enough to brief and grade 10 articles before you choose a plan. There is no permanent free plan.

Does Content Harmony charge per user?

No. Every Content Harmony plan includes unlimited users and unlimited projects. The price changes only with the number of workflows you run each month, from 5 on the smallest plan to 150 on Standard 150 and 200 or more on Enterprise.
