Sample plan: we could not reach your page from here, so this shows the shape of a Reoptimize rewrite plan, not an audit of this page.

Rankscale pricing runs from $20 a month for Essentials (120 credits) to $780 a month for Enterprise (12,000 credits). Pro is $99 a month, Pro+ is $229, and Growth is $385. Yearly billing lowers these to $17, $84, $195, $327 and $663 a month. Prices are USD from the vendor pricing page, checked in November 2026. The plans meter usage in credits, not prompts, so the real cost depends on how many prompts and engines you run.

Rankscale tracks how often your brand appears in AI answers across 17 or more engines. It reports visibility; it does not rewrite the pages behind a gap. Tracking and fixing need separate budgets, and this guide covers both so you can price the whole job.

Rankscale plans at a glance

PlanMonthly priceYearly price per monthCredits a monthAnswers up toSeats
Essentials$20 (yearly billing only)$17120480No team workspaces
Pro$99$841,2004,800Unlimited
Pro+$229$1953,00012,000Unlimited
Growth$385$3275,50022,000Unlimited
Enterprise$780$66312,00048,000Unlimited

Every plan lists 17 or more engines. Pro has a free trial option; its length is not stated on the pricing page. Essentials is listed with a struck-through $20 and a $17 yearly rate, and the monthly price for that tier is not shown, so treat $20 as the list price.

How do Rankscale credits work?

A credit is the unit Rankscale spends when it queries an AI engine. The vendor FAQ says a query typically costs about 0.25 credits per engine per prompt. At that rate, one prompt run on four engines uses one credit. Pro's 1,200 credits therefore cover roughly 4,800 engine answers, which matches the "answers up to" figure on the page.

Prompts are not capped directly. If you track 100 prompts across 4 engines once a month, you spend about 100 credits. Track the same prompts weekly and the bill is about 400 credits a month. Daily checks on 17 engines would burn through credits fast, so decide your refresh rate first.

What does Rankscale cost per credit?

PlanMonthly price per creditYearly price per credit
EssentialsAbout $0.17About $0.14
ProAbout $0.083About $0.070
Pro+About $0.076About $0.065
GrowthAbout $0.070About $0.059
EnterpriseAbout $0.065About $0.055

Price per credit falls by more than half from Essentials to Enterprise on yearly billing. Most teams are better off picking the smallest plan that covers their refresh rate than chasing the lowest unit price.

What does Rankscale cost per year?

On yearly billing, Essentials is about $204 a year ($17 x 12), Pro about $1,008, Pro+ about $2,340, Growth about $3,924 and Enterprise about $7,956. Paying monthly, Pro is $1,188, Pro+ is $2,748, Growth is $4,620 and Enterprise is $9,360. The yearly saving is about 15 percent on every paid tier.

Which Rankscale plan fits which team?

  • Solo marketer or founder. Essentials covers a small prompt list checked monthly. It has no team workspaces, so it stops fitting once a second person needs access.
  • In-house content or SEO team. Pro adds unlimited seats and 1,200 credits, enough for around 100 prompts on four engines checked weekly with room to spare.
  • Agency with several clients. Pro+ or Growth gives the credit pool to split across client prompt lists. Work out credits per client before choosing, since the pool is shared.
  • Large brand programs. Enterprise at 12,000 credits suits many markets or products tracked often.

How does Rankscale compare with other AI visibility trackers?

ToolEntry priceUnit of usage
Rankscale$20 a month ($17 yearly)120 credits
Otterly.AI$29 a month15 prompts
Peec AI85 euros a month50 prompts
Scrunch$300 a month350 prompts
Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit$99 a month25 prompts, 1 domain
AthenaHQ$295 a month3,600 credits

Credits and prompts are not the same unit, so you cannot compare entry prices directly. List the prompts you need, the engines you care about and how often you check, then price each tool on that exact setup. Euro prices are not dollar conversions. The full ranking by job and budget is on our Otterly AI alternatives and Peec AI alternatives pages.

What a tracker does not fix

A tracker tells you that a competitor is cited for "best project management software for agencies" and you are not. It does not tell you the fix: an outdated comparison table, a missing FAQ, a buried answer, thin internal links. That is page work, and it is usually a bigger budget line than the tracker.

Reoptimize handles that second budget. It ranks declining pages by traffic at stake and writes a rewrite plan for each: an answer-first opening, current facts, comparison tables, missing questions, internal links and schema. Pro monitors 1,000 pages with 150 rewrite plans a month and 5 seats for $89 a month billed yearly ($179 monthly). Reoptimize does not track prompts or citations, and a plan is not a promise of future citations, so many teams run a light tracker beside it. The content refresh tool page shows how the workflow runs.

If the visibility report shows you need more than page fixes, an autopilot for your marketing can take on the channels around the content.

Questions to ask before you buy Rankscale

  • How many credits will my prompt list use at the refresh rate I need?
  • Do I need team workspaces? Essentials does not include them.
  • Is the free Pro trial long enough to run a full weekly cycle?
  • Who will rewrite the pages the report flags, and what does that cost?
