Sample plan: we could not reach your page from here, so this shows the shape of a Reoptimize rewrite plan, not an audit of this page.
SE Ranking pricing starts at $129 a month for the Core plan and $279 a month for Growth on monthly billing. Billed yearly, the same plans cost $103.20 and $223.20 a month, a 20 percent saving, or $1,238.40 and $2,678.40 a year. Enterprise is priced on request. Agency Pack, AI Search tracking, and API access are paid add-ons, and both self-serve plans start with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
The plan price is only part of the bill. Agencies usually add white-label reporting, and teams that care about ChatGPT and AI Overviews add AI Search. Below are the limits in each plan, what the add-ons cost, the yearly total for three common setups, and how SE Ranking compares with Semrush and Search Atlas on price.
How much does SE Ranking cost?
SE Ranking moved to two self-serve plans plus Enterprise. The plans share the same toolset (rank tracking, keyword and competitor research, backlinks, website audit, on-page checker, content marketing) and differ mainly in limits.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Yearly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $129 per month | $103.20 per month | $1,238.40 |
| Growth | $279 per month | $223.20 per month | $2,678.40 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Quote from sales |
Prices are from SE Ranking's pricing page and US-dollar breakdowns of it. SE Ranking also offers free migration from another tool when you pay yearly.
What do the SE Ranking Core and Growth plans include?
Core is built for one marketing team with a handful of sites. Growth is built for agencies and teams that manage many projects and need more than one login.
| Limit | Core | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| Projects | 10 | 30 |
| Manager seats | 1 | 3 |
| Keywords tracked daily | 2,000 | 5,000 |
| AI prompts tracked daily | 100 | 250 |
| Domains in GEO research | 5 | 15 |
| Website audit pages per month | 250,000 | 2 million |
| API credits and MCP access | 25,000 | 100,000 |
| Content marketing articles | 25 | 50 |
| Historical data | 6 months | Project lifetime |
| Extras | Integrations with GA, GSC, Looker Studio, Matomo | Guest links, page changes monitoring, dedicated support |
The seat count is the limit teams hit first. Core has one manager seat, so a second person on the account means Growth or an extra seat.
What SE Ranking add-ons cost
Three add-ons sit on top of either plan. US-dollar figures below come from published breakdowns of the pricing page; check the vendor page in your account before you budget, because SE Ranking shows prices in your local currency.
- Agency Pack, about $69 a month, yearly billing only. White-label platform and reports, client seats, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, a lead generator, and a listing in SE Ranking's agency catalog.
- AI Search, about $89 a month, or $71.20 a month billed yearly. Tracks your brand in Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, starting at 200 prompts with larger tiers of 450 and 1,000.
- API, about $45 a month, yearly billing only. Extra API credits for teams that pull SE Ranking data into dashboards or their own tools.
Extra content marketing articles, keywords, and seats are also sold separately when you outgrow a plan.
What SE Ranking really costs per year
Here is the yearly bill for three setups we see often, all billed yearly.
| Setup | What you buy | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-house marketer, one site | Core | $103.20 | $1,238.40 |
| Content team tracking AI answers | Growth + AI Search | $294.40 | $3,532.80 |
| Agency with white-label reports | Growth + Agency Pack + AI Search | $363.40 | $4,360.80 |
That is still cheaper than most enterprise SEO platforms, which start in the tens of thousands a year (see our Botify pricing breakdown for that end of the market).
Does SE Ranking have a free trial?
Yes. Core and Growth both start with a 14-day free trial, and SE Ranking says no credit card is required. There is no permanent free plan. After the trial, payments are non-refundable except when the service was not delivered as promised or a promotion says otherwise, so decide during the trial rather than after the first charge.
SE Ranking pricing compared with Semrush and Search Atlas
| Tool | Entry price | What the entry plan is built around |
|---|---|---|
| SE Ranking | $129 per month, $103.20 billed yearly | 10 projects, 2,000 tracked keywords, 1 seat |
| Semrush | $139.95 per month (entry SEO plan) | The largest keyword and backlink database; bundles cost more |
| Search Atlas | $99 per month, $79 billed yearly | One OTTO project with automated on-page fixes |
| Reoptimize | $59 per month, $49 billed yearly | 100 monitored pages and 20 rewrite plans a month |
SE Ranking is usually the value pick among the suites, especially for agencies that need many projects. The full Search Atlas breakdown is in Search Atlas pricing, and the content tools are priced side by side in content optimization platform pricing.
Is SE Ranking worth it?
SE Ranking is worth it if you use the suite broadly: daily rank tracking across many projects, technical audits, backlink checks, and client reporting. For that bundle, $1,238 to $2,678 a year is fair, and it undercuts Semrush at each step. Its competitor research covers organic and paid keywords; if you also want to see the actual creatives rivals run on Meta and Google, an ad spy tool covers that part.
It is a weaker buy when the reason you are shopping is content that keeps losing traffic. The content marketing module helps you write and optimize articles and shows Search Console clicks for the ones you connect, but it does not rank a 600-post archive by clicks lost or tell a writer what to change on each page. Teams in that spot often pay for the suite and still diagnose decay by hand.
When a narrower tool costs less
If the budget line is really "stop our old posts from sliding," compare the suite with a tool built only for that job. Reoptimize monitors 100, 1,000, or 5,000 published pages for $49, $149, or $399 a month billed yearly, ranks the pages that are losing clicks, and writes a rewrite plan for each one: title and meta, missing subtopics, heading order, internal links, schema, and stale facts. Pro covers a 1,000-page library for $1,788 a year.
Plenty of teams keep SE Ranking for rankings and reports and add Reoptimize for the archive. If you are weighing a full switch instead, our SE Ranking alternative page compares the options by job, and the content decay checker shows where your losses are concentrated.
